APR Stage 4 Development

BIG TURBO + LOW COMPRESSION= BIG POWER



As you might already know, APR is squeezing even more power out of the FSI platform. The expected numbers are rediculous!

436 WHP out of a FWD application is over 500 crank HP!

So far, we know that APR Stage 4 will consist of all the components of APR Stage 3 ( http://www.goapr.com/products/about_20ts3.html), low compression pistons (I think somewhere around 8:3:1), stronger rods, and cams.

Denatured Alky as an Alternative to Methanol?

Due to the scarcity of methanol where I live, Im thinking about using denatured alcohol ( found at local Home Depot) as an alternative to the methanol that I used to use. Before running straight washer fluid (valuecraft -20 which is about a 70/30 w/m mix). I'll soon test how good denatured alky is vs methanol. Keep a lookout for data, Ill be posting hopefully within the week.
